It is with much excitement that I fetch you all to this corner of the Black Mountains. Its a place that has had a hold over me for most of my life and spending the next month stalking the hills and wading in its waters fills me with a new energy after was was a slightly disappointing September. We will watch the autumn colour develop to the chorus of flocks of Canadian Geese. We will be engulfed by the Dragons Breath that clings to the warm water on frosty mornings and roam in the twilight on the open moorland picking our way through long gone Hill forts.
